It starts with a fixed-fee, MBA-backed diagnostic of your technology and the business case for changing it, concluded with a costed, sequenced roadmap you own either way. From what it finds, we quote one fixed fee. Two to three weeks, plain language, no obligation to continue.
Beyond Foundation
One fixed fee per engagement, set in the proposal — never a menu, never hourly. Regent Build: MVPs, web and mobile applications, custom platforms and client portals on a modern Next.js/TypeScript lineage. Regent Modernize: legacy replacement, systems integration, workflow automation, AI enablement, and cloud migration, sequenced so the business keeps running. Regent Design: product UI and brand systems delivered inside those engagements — never a detached logo shop.
The Coronation
Not a service — the close of every engagement. Complete ownership transfer: credentials, repositories, admin access, documentation, and a working training session. Named on every proposal, honored on every project.
Regent On-Call & Regent Care
Two ways to keep us close after handover, both on your terms. Regent On-Call: billable hours on your request, no minimums, no standing contract.
