Fixed fee, fixed window. We audit the stack, interview the people who actually use it, score digital and AI readiness, and price the paths forward. You receive a written roadmap with sequenced recommendations and honest build-vs-buy calls — including "don't build this."
Build / Modernize
Fixed-fee proposal, then execution in weekly sprints with plain-language reporting — what shipped, what's next, what it means for the business. Design runs inside the same engagement, so the product and its identity arrive together.
The Coronation
The handover, run as a ceremony because it's the point of the whole engagement: credentials rotated into your vault, repositories transferred, documentation delivered, and a recorded training session. We verify you can operate everything without us — then we leave. Every engagement is covered by professional liability and cyber insurance at $1M per claim; a certificate is available on request.
Regent On-Call
When you want new features, a second opinion, or expert hands that already know your kingdom — billable hours, quoted before work starts, with no minimums. Or Regent Care: a month-to-month plan that keeps the system hosted, updated, and monitored, cancellable any time. You own the system either way.

If you hand everything over, what happens when something breaks?
+You call us — or anyone. That's the point of real ownership: your documentation is written so any competent engineer can operate the system. Regent On-Call is there for when you'd rather it be us — a number you choose to call, not a dependency you were handed.
Why start with an Assessment instead of just building?
+Because the most expensive software is the right build of the wrong thing. The Assessment costs a fraction of a build, prices the real options, and is credited in full toward a project signed within 90 days — and if the roadmap says "don't hire us for this," it will say so in writing.
